Action Progex was founded in 2010 by Frédéric Cliche and Jean-Pierre Harton. The company started by bidding on subcontracted projects for general contractors, mainly in the Bas Saint-Laurent region. Over the years, they have expanded into other markets. Today, Action Progex serves clients of all sizes across Quebec and is looking for new opportunities outside the province.

The company is operated by three co-owners, who play different roles within the organization.
Frédéric Cliche, is trained administrator with many years of experience in construction projects estimation and project management. As president of Action Progex, he is in charge of the estimating and the project management departments.
Jean-Pierre Harton, boasts a solid background in construction site management, having held a number of positions in this field over the years. He is vice president in charge of worksite supervision.
Pascal Veilleux - Chartered Public Accountant who spent many years working for a consulting firm before joining the Action Progex team as chief financial officer in 2013. He also holds the role of secretary-treasurer and is in charge of the company’s administration.
